Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Atlas One, a property management platform for landlords (properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, cleaning schedules, rent collection, and related tools, including AI-assisted features described below). By creating an account or otherwise using Atlas One, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. The information you give us at signup, and afterward, must be accurate. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@atlasone.pl if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data about tenants and properties

You're responsible for the property, tenant, and lease information you enter into Atlas One, and for having a lawful basis to collect and store it under the data protection and tenancy laws that apply to you. We process this information on your behalf, as a data processor, to provide the service, we're not your legal or compliance advisor. If you invite a tenant into a self-service portal or run a tenant through our screening chat, you're responsible for making sure that tenant has been given any notice your local law requires.

AI-assisted features

Atlas One uses AI models to power the prospective-tenant screening chat, lead scoring, and the in-dashboard AVA assistant. These features are decision-support tools, not final decisions and not legal, financial, or housing advice. AI-generated scores, summaries, and suggestions can be wrong or incomplete, and you should review them before relying on them. You remain solely responsible for your final tenant selection and property management decisions, and for complying with fair housing and anti-discrimination law in your jurisdiction, Atlas One's AI features never make that decision for you and must not be used as the sole basis for one.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Atlas One offers a free trial and paid subscription plans, billed and processed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where the law where you live requires it. We'll give you reasonable notice by email before any price change takes effect for your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas One for anything unlawful, to attempt to access another landlord's account or data, to interfere with or disrupt the service, to resell or misuse tenant data you access through the platform, or to use the AI features to generate content that's harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Ownership

You own the property, tenant, and lease data you enter into Atlas One. We own the Atlas One software, design, and branding. Using the service doesn't give you any rights to our software beyond what's needed to use it as intended.

Third-party services

Parts of Atlas One rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and, if you choose to use it, Google for account sign-in. Your use of those sign-in or payment options is also subject to that provider's own terms.

Termination

You can stop using Atlas One and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or for non-payment, with notice where practical. If your account is terminated, you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period afterward, contact hello@atlasone.pl.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Atlas One is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, Atlas One won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Atlas One after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Atlas One operates from Poland, and these terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
