The operating system for real estate, built by one founder, live and in production.

Where things stand

Real traction, not a deck

Live product

Atlas One is a working platform today, not a prototype. Property management, tenant screening, and an AI assistant are all shipped and in use.

Billing built and tested

Full Stripe integration is live: checkout, webhooks, and dunning are built, verified end to end, and ready to process real subscriptions.

Multi-currency by design

PLN, USD, EUR, and GBP pricing from day one. Atlas is built for cross-border landlords, not adapted for them later.

Security reviewed

A pre-launch security pass covered secrets, database access policies, dependency scanning, and authentication, before any real payment went live.

The founder

Who's building this

Atlas One was born out of a simple observation. Managing property is still harder than it needs to be. Tadiwanashe Fungai, Atlas's founder, is a property investor with real estate interests in Zimbabwe and Poland. That firsthand experience showed him an industry still relying on manual, time-consuming processes for something as fundamental as knowing who to trust with a property. Tadiwanashe founded Atlas One with a clear vision: to build the operating system for real estate, starting with the part landlords dread most, tenant screening, and expanding from there.
